Paul NICULESCU-MIZIL GHEORGHE is working together with the National Institute for Research and Development in Informatics – ICI Bucharest and ECEB – European Centre of Excellence in Blockchain. Dan Deaconu is an entrepreneur, software developer, designer and musician.

With a career spanning 10 years as a music producer and mixing engineer in the music industry, he is responsible for dozens of Top 10 songs in Romania, working with top local artists and producers. As an artist, under the name “Darone”, he was one of the first Romanians to reach the famous Beatport top charts in 2008 with the hit song “The time has come”. Over the years, he garnered many collaborations with artists such as Amanda Wilson, Markus Schulz, Mohombi, eSQUIRE, reaching millions of music lovers from around the world.

After a successful career in the music industry, he decided to use the knowledge he gained and venture in the world of entrepreneurship by creating Wavelancer, an online platform for local music discovery.
